We were getting an automobile loan for a used vehicle from a private seller. American 1 had the best rates (after a long search for better). The process could be smoother as they required a copy of the title even before we purchased. I wanted to have the financing in order in case we wanted to buy the car (when we went for the test drive). The seller had to call in and email them the copy. Luckily the seller agreed to it. Everything else was smooth and easy but I feel American 1 could have trusted me after being a customer for about 15 years. That process could be cleaned up a bit. Just some constructive criticism and no complaints, as they beat everyone by 2%
