They have been nothing but helpful, considerate and understanding. I truly have never had a better experience with a bank. Zach, who works at the Hillsdale branch, is the nicest banker I've ever met in my entire life. To be cared for by a bank, means alot.

I opened an account with Zach about 3 months ago. He not only took the time to walk me through everything so I understood it, but he also calls to check in and make sure I'm good with everything I need. I've never had an experience like this with a bank and I truly believe other banks should take note from this one.

A trustworthy, professional branch with the kindest staff. This bank has a team of the biggest hearts in Michigan. I really appreciate all this branch has done for me, and I look forward to a future with them.

After paying ATM fees I go inside to get $100 bills for a bunch of twenties. "Are you an account holder?" "We only make change for account holders." It wasn't a jar of pennies!
