Dont use the atms to deposit anything! It takes several days for the transaction to go through! I put mine in Thursday evening and it’s Saturday afternoon and they are still holding the money…. I tried it once before and they had to manually clear it and told me it’s two days for it to clear. They are only open for three hours on Saturdays and now they are closed until Monday and my check still hasn’t cleared. And they don’t have a customer service line I can call like bigger banks so I just have to wait until Monday to get my money! They brag about how convenient it is to use the atms but what’s the point when they don’t release it?!

I have banked with them for many years as MTU employee credit union and never had any issues. They are an excellent local credit union and they have excellent customer service.

I’ve been a member for many years and have always had great service. Getting a car loan was a simple process and they walked me through the entire process. I also really like the convenience of their mobile app—depositing checks is super quick and easy.

I have been a loyal member of MTEFCU for over 10 years and cannot recommend them enough. I love that every time I call I get a local agent who is so willing to help. At this point we know our lender personally as she has helped us buy two vehicles, secure a personal loan, and guided us through the home buying process.

Opened an account here 6 years ago and have had nothing but good experiences. No hidden fees with great customer service. Automatic payments have always been correct and on schedule, online banking is convenient and easy to use, and disputes are handled swiftly without resistance.

I’ve been with this bank for many years. I have never had any issues that could not be resolved quickly & efficiently. All of the staff are pleasant and great to deal with. Keep up the great work!
