Jessi is so helpful, always has a smile, and actually cares about the people and whats going on in their lives. Most customer service employees just do what needs to be done but she goes above and beyond.

Walked in to see lady smoking inside of the back door, and blowing it "out the door". Of course with certain air pressures 100% of that smoke can come inside. I suspect this was the case today because I was overwhelmed by cigarette smoke. Isn't it illegal to smoke inside a business? I will not come back to this location until the employee either gets retrained to never do this again, or fired. Just let me know when that happens so I can come back to use the ATM.
