I have never had an easier experience than I have with LOC. While being 100% genuine, I am very thankful I decided to switch everything over to LOC. My husband and I contacted Crystal Wietecha for information on mortgages and got us set up and connected with Bill Cook. Both whom were OUTSTANDING. It was seriously the easiest process and was insanely fast. Our mortgage was set and stone and we closed on our home with zero issues. Every interaction we had was convenient and so friendly! We just purchased a Home in Michigan. Bill Cook out of the Brighton LOC office worked with us on our mortgage. Bill Cook & his staff (Jody) were incredible to work with! Incredible is an understatement. We closed in record time ( 17 days from our first phone call, 17 days total, including weekends). We were informed of options, every single thing they said they would do they did, on time or early..... AND....AND.... they gave us by far the best rate available. NOBODY came close. Call Bill Cook at LOC in Brighton. If you don't you will probably pay more (every month) and you will have to work harder to navigate the process.

I have been a member at LOC for 10 years and they are a great credit union! Sarah & Paige are above and beyond amazing going out of their way to satisfy myself, my family members, just all out every member!
