They extended the hold on a check when we went into the bank tell her which was an hour drive she said what did you hang up we never talk to no one they never informed us that the check had an extended hold. We asked to talk to a loan officer to get a car loan and the lady is like What do you need to talk to them for. They are not handicap accessible doors and the parking lot has cracks in it at the handicap spot where potentially they could fall. Definitely not elder friendly Make you feel like they're better than you because you don't understand what they're saying

This bank has been pretty aweful the worst problem i have is i can never get ahold of anybody and when i do finally reach someone its at a bank out of town who usually gets me more results then anyone in town. Its frustrating to have to talk to someone in another town to get an auto loan when there are perfectly capable people where i live.

My experience with Blue Ox credit Union has been great. The staff are very polite and professional. All my banking needs have been met. What I really like about Blu Ox they really give you the chance to grow when it comes to loans, housing needs and just over all banking experiences. I called in with questions regarding my account and somehow was connected to Darrin in the mortgage department even though I had questions on my credit card account.
