First National Bank of Michigan, Kalamazoo, MI

Terrible bank. I was eating down town and parked in a first source lot come back out and there is a 12x12 sticker on my window to tow my truck. The sticker won’t come off I’m going to have to get a new window. I went in to try to talk to them and asked them to remove it the guy couldn’t of been more rude. The customer service is garbage and the people couldn’t be ruder stay away 1st national Chase Better options in downtown Kzoo

I just had the weirdest most biased experience ever at this bank. Came in with a check from a person who uses my cleaning business. The judgemental ONLINE communication between the clerk and man in the office (who continued to look at me hastily in a disgusted manor, probably due to my flour covered work clothes) I know banks have "protocols" but the way this situation was handled was extremely uncomfortable and degrading. I get checks all the time from different banks all around town and NEVER EVER HAVE I EVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS ONE!!!!! If I was entertaining the thought of making them my bank home that is completely gone!!! Would never recommend to anybody !!!👎🏽👎🏽

Just got off the phone with a gentleman that works there. I was pretty impressed with the way he handled our phone call. He was very professional, polite, nice, and stern on privacy at the same time.Kuddos Diego! I appreciate it.
