We have been members for several years. We have never had a negative issue. The professionalism, and customer service is outstanding!! We would highly recommend Consumers Credit Union.

I recently decided to refinance my auto loan and the process was done within 2 days! Kate was quick, responsive and prepared. She was wonderful to work with and everything went very smoothly. Still my preferred credit union for the last 10 years.

Leslie assisted me with with a car loan, and it saved me thousands in comparison to getting a loan through the dealer. Every single experience I’ve had with consumers credit union has been phenomenal, with excellent customer service. The team wants to help you, with your financial needs, and they all clearly enjoy it. Thanks for being a part of our community!

I recently purchased a home and financed through Consumers Credit Union. Hat's off to Ben Beloli my Mortgage Specialist and my Branch Manager, Kim Ferris, for making this such an easy and convenient process. I can't thank those two and CCU enough.

Friendly, patient, and supportive of my coming into a new financial institution. Kim was great, and I was particularly grateful that she spoke with me, not at me…treating me like an individual who was trying to meet some challenges at this time. Thank Kim. Consumers credit union is great! Personable and always professional. Melissa at the portage location is excellent. She helped me open a business account and set it up in a way that meets specific needs. It was excellent overall experience.
