Been dealing with case for a few months now has been a complete headache. Their "shared branching" which says should work in my area doesn't work and I need to drive an hour to one of their branches to make a payment. And their other alternatives doesn't work for me. Also tried switching my payment date and they said that my payment move date might increase just for switching the date. Also the skip a payment is only good after you've been there for a year. Whenever I do get my 10 day payout statement I will be switching to a more local credit union.

I recently had a great experience at the S. Penn CASE Credit Union, due to 3 of their employees.
Tyler, an MSR, was extremely patient, kind and had an overall pleasant demeanor while working on my transaction. And, what a great smile!
Linda, a receptionist, was a joy. She provided much needed input and direction to ensure all my questions were answered while at CASE. She's a true treasure!
Chris, a security guard at CASE, went above and beyond when he grabbed an umbrella during an unexpected downpour. Then proceeded to walk me to my car, making sure I stayed dry...even though he got wet.
These 3 employees certainly made my visit to CASE Credit Union enjoyable!
Thank you.

This has to be the worst credit union ever. From the amount of verifications of insurance they require on car loans, to not even being able to providing a simple account number so I can make a payments, it’s not printed on our statements nor do we use this awful establishment for every day banking. I absolutely hate this bank and wish it would go out of business, please someone else coming in by this credit union. If interest rates, one of skyrocketed, I would’ve transferred these loans. Absolutely awful.

DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH CASE CREDIT UNION. I have had nothing but problems from the beginning. The staff are absolutely incompetent and worthless when attempting to do their job. Do yourself a favor and get a loan from someone else even if the interest rate is higher. Everyone that works here is incredibly rude and unbelievably unintelligent. I tried to give them a chance despite the fact they have done absolutely nothing right but I will most definitely be refinancing elsewhere. I know that doesn’t mean much to them but I want to make it known to everyone to stay away from Case Credit Union. I just can not get over how awful this place and these people are. No wonder they have such low reviews.

If you need to change your pin the app is useless. If you're trying to change your pen after hours calling is absolutely useless. There's absolutely no information online on how to change the pin number on the debit card. I'm so happy this is not my primary Bank but it's absolutely annoying nonetheless that Bank of America provides this information but you do not. I don't want to talk to automated service that gives me the runaround in some circle jerk.

Don't Bank Here. I have had issues with Case from the beginning of my car loan. They charged me interest on my principle payment after I have made my monthly payment and when asked there was nothing they could do. I took 2.5 years to pay back a 7 year loan. On my last payment I called about the payoff amount, and I paid electronically. The next day(today) my account said I owe $.41. When I called about it there is nothing they could do. It has been a hassle working with Case. I paid the $.41 and went to close my account and I am not allowed to do it on the phone or online. I have to come in person. They let me create my account online, but I guess that is different. Overall I would rather work with the big banks.

1 star is more than they deserve. CASE decided to remove my Mom's online banking access. When she called they refused to give online access back to her. They made an 83 year old walk 7 miles there and 7 miles back home so she could get the money she needed to pay her basic utilities.
I have her POA so I drove to Lansing and went in to close her account. They refused to give back her money. I have taken her in 5 times and we have been trying to get her money back for months. Don't bank here.

Too many people in the lobby because they don't have drive-thru anymore. And the cashier has to walk all over the place to get my check cashed. All while they are trying to be polite and courteous with the costumers. I stand there with 4 people in front of me and 3 in back of me.
