Flagstar Bank, Lansing, MI

Last week at the drive thru I requested a one hundred dollar bill but received two fifty dollar bills! Yesterday I went into the branch while depositing money into my account and requested a one hundred dollar bill and received it . Today at the drive thru while banking I asked for two one hundred dollars bills but received 10 twenty dollars bills. So I had to go into the branch and request two one hundred dollars bills. It may seem petty to Flagstar but to me it is all about customer service if you don’t have what the customer requested let the customer know or ask another teller do u have a hundred dollar bill in your drawer!

Stay far away from this bank, the manager doesn't know how to do her job correctly!! I would recommend literally any other place in the area to bank with besides here.

Just really irritated with the sign that states 24 atm in lobby (the first door) but the door will not open for the atm...
