Gabriels Community Credit Union, Lansing, MI

Good bank and great staff. Be nice to get a tad more approval on loans but being a single one of a kind credit union I get they need to be careful. Service is very fast. Easy to get in and out which is great if your busy. I do like that the staff is very friendly and they all know your name. Definitely not a corporate type bank thankfully. Overall I'd recommend this bank. My family even banks here to. Definitely worth using this credit union.

They have treated me EXTREMELY well. Got my auto loan with them. Was treated with dignity and respect by Korey the loan officer. When I had trouble a couple of times they also helped with that. This credit union is awesome. They DO care about clients. This is smaller credit union but they will go to great lengths to help you if needed. Highly recommended! Of course you have to make an effort to do the right thing.

Very poorly ran, their skip a payment program did not get documented, they moved my direct deposit from checking- savings and when I....I CALLED, they screwed everything up.....and now I have to back pay, and unfreeze my check

Every member of the staff has been extremely personable, from the most mundane question I had to, to finding the information I need and getting back to me in a timely manner. I have sent over 100 loans successfully to Gabriels, and every single one of my customers has been satisfied with the customer service they received. There is not a Credit union in greater Lansing that has better customer care in my opinion.

Disappointed in Bank employees wrongdoing costed me almost $400 time and time again delinquent notice on payment when it was pulled out of my direct deposit should have been weekly but false promises got set aside by a fired employee if you want to keep your money I would suggest not going here the bank CEO will backup a fired employees wrongdoings so that they don't have to work with you by extending 1 month or pitching in a few dollars per month to equal out fairness
