I was greeted immediately when I entered the branch and the staff was quick to help me get a new account opened and answer questions In less than a half hour they had opened my new account and provided me the tools I needed to meet my financial needs here in Lansing. It was professional yet personal and welcoming. I left confident I have chosen the right CU.

This credit union was a great place to do business. Then in 2013 or so it became much less about customer service and more about fees and penalties. I am still suffering from doing business there. Taught me to be more careful about who I do business with.
