Teri Andring, NMLS #533721, Lansing, MI

I have literally closed dozens of deals with this lender over a five-year period. At no time have I ever had even an inkling that anything she did or sad was anything but honest, transparent, and in my best interest. She works extremely hard for my clients and off the top of my head I cant remember having a deal that fell through even once were she missed something. I absolutely do not understand the story behind this other review because this lender, in my opinion, is one of the best in mid Michigan. On top of that she works for a lending institution that is big enough to offer significantly lower rates, low closing costs, and competitive offers and programs. I have never once had a complaint from a client about this lender. She has always been polite professional knowledgeable and on top of every situation that has come up. Unfortunately, when people leave reviews about professionals they simply cannot reply with the facts of the matter because it would be unprofessional to do so as that is confidential information, and overall horrible business practice. I would not hesitate to recommend Teri Andering to my friends and family, my clients, and use her myself for my own mortgage needs. Understand that situations eventually arise when you do enough business that someone has a circumstance that is very hard to accept and can have very strong emotions about what happened. I don’t dispute for a minute how the individual above felt, but given the number of transactions I’ve worked with this lender I am never run into anything anywhere near what’s described above, and it’s too bad that the lenders are not able to defend themselves and explain what really happened. I have absolutely zero connection to this lender financially, we do not work for affiliated companies, and there is no Benefit to me leaving this review of her other than I feel it’s important to share how good she really is and how much my customers really like her. She is top notch!

Teri is one of the worst lenders I could ever imagine working with. To start, she pulled my credit without telling me she was going to (highly illegal). She made it sound like she was going to give me information regarding if I could get preapproved without doing a hard inquiry but soon after I emailed her with my information I was notified I had a hard inquiry on my report, which does not go away for two years. It also appears she had her assistant do all the work in responding to me as I never really heard from her. She is very bad at getting back to you in a timely manner if she ever does at all. I hate to make reviews like this but my experience with Teri was very poor. I would give zero stars if I could.
