This is my first review I’ve ever done and this needs to be heard. What a worthless “Centralized Bank/Credit Union” I try to make a payment over the phone. “I’m sorry but we can’t process payments over the phone.” That’s odd. So I go into the bank to make a payment. I’m sorry we can’t make a payment here because we don’t have a card reader.” Are you kidding me?? So I have to bring in cash to make a payment? Where is the atm? “We don’t have one.” What?!?!?!Okay let’s set up autopay… I have my bank information ready…”I’m sorry we can’t setup autopay until your bill is paid and up to date.” If I give you my checking and routing number you can make a payment! Wtf is going on….This Money Mafia aka Centralized banking systems are a Fing joke. How can you charge someone a late fee when you give them no route to make a payment. I can not wait for Block Chain Aka Decentralized currency aka Bitcoin/stable coin to crush these corrupt so call “Lenders” Fing thieves.

We do much of our banking here, the service representatives are so kind and always show respect for customers. Low interest rates on its loans. Always a pleasure to work with Kellogg Community Credit Union!!!
