Thought they had fixed an issue for me, unexpected money drawn from my account 3 days before Christmas. Not the only issue I've had with this establishment pulling money unexpectedly charging me for services I believe I never received.

They allowed people to steal money from my bank account and refused to help me in any way

Went to do business about debit card not working on recent Saturday, doors locked. Tried to call multiple rimes, no answer. Website says open.

I typically dont write bad reviews and try to correct any issues between the business and myself but I will say I have been a member with MCCU for over 13 years for my business and personal and I recently have received the worst service. I will be closing all accts and transfer all my business to my other Credit Union. -- camppartyof4

This place is a joke, they have overdrafed my account by over a thousand dollars on two different occasions, And when trying to dispute the charges I was told there wasn't enough evidence to do a charge back. The first time I paid it back, since they refused to do anything about it. But the second time I called them out and asked why my account was overdrafted by $1,500 and was given the run around yet a $5 charge can't overdraft the account. Lisa Slaughter is rude, she got angry with me when I told her I would no longer be depositing money into the account because yet again they screwed up. Save yourself the trouble of them stealing your money and go somewhere else.

Always friendly and able to help. They keep it personal and remember their customers. A decent credit branch to go to.
