Have been with the bank since they were Wells Fargo and have had nothing but problems at this location. I’m a veteran going to school and have had every kind of customer service problem under the sun from changing rules without notice, being told I’m “threatening” people by saying I wouldn’t pay a fee, and of course the overall rudeness of most of the staff. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I needed to wait to be attended without they having people in front of me to be told that I need to do an appointment for next day to be attended and be able to open an account.. So sorry, with the bad reviews they have the only reason for me to open the account there was because it's near to me, but I went to pcm with better reviews and services.... October 1st 2023 around 11am

Horrible customer service from most of the staff and management. My husband would like to cancel his account and they refuse to do so. I’d recommend banking anywhere else!
