Skybob said it perfectly! My friends business changed credit unions, I’m going to change now. Stay away, absolutely poor customer service. A few good tellers, but their service recovery and attitudes are a nightmare.

Poor member service. Hate to say incompetent, but the women I spoke to about a few issues was not helpful at all and kind of rude. Called the Escanaba branch and they actually helped me while being friendly as well.

Absolute rip off, predatory lending ,they ignore federal laws when they have the word federal in their title, lol they do their math like wells Fargo funny but true, seen them in small claims court were they committed no less than 3 acts of contempt of congress, that's interesting because congress makes the laws see you in us district court

I never leave reviews, but I'm doing an exception this time. I want to thank Tonia for her time and help, it was a pleasure to work with her on my car loan. She was attentive and so helpful, took the time to walk me thru the whole process and made it as easy as she could to get it done. Thank you!
