It was a pleasure working with Steve Nardin! He was always available to answer calls or texts with questions throughout the process - from the very beginning through closing. Even when I called on a Saturday or in the evening, he was quick to answer or call back as soon as he could. He is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The best part is the way he can explain things in layman's terms as opposed to talking down to people or using terms first time homebuyers don't understand. Steve had a great way of breaking things down and making sure to follow up as we got closer to closing to make sure I understood where we were at, what was needed from me, etc. I appreciated that he seemed to actually enjoy the work he does, and made me very comfortable throughout the process since buying a house is a large purchase and can be daunting!

Amanda and her team were excellent to deal with. Communications were frequent and easy to understand. The whole process was completed quickly and with minimal effort on our part. A very positive experience.
