Isabella Community Credit Union, Mount Pleasant, MI

When I signed up with this credit union I specifically asked for charges to be declined if I don’t have enough money in my account. 3 times I have been charged and 2 times I was hasty enough to transfer money from my other account but today they allowed my account to be overdrafted then charged me a 28$ courtesy pay before I could transfer the money from another account.

This place is full of crooks. These people should not have a job. If you're thinking about using this credit union.......DONT!!! go to members first instead. The tellers are rude and they've hung up on me multiple times.

Drive thru is the slowest ive ever seen. We also applied for a loan never heard anything back but shows they made the credit aquire.

Where do I begin! I have been a member for 10ish yrs or close to and have loved this Credit Union on so many levels! Their ease of doing any process for all they have to offer and their member service that goes with it is top notch! Their security gives me so much comfort and I have all the confidence in the world that all of my personal information and finances are safe and sound! They are so quick with any questions I have had and are always striving to keep me and my family their top priority! So personable you cant help to know that you are taken care of! I love my Credit Union!

I had an amazing experience when I started out as a member but since then every loan experience has been horrible I have gotten the run around and not very friendly people. A few times had no response just a letter in the mail. May be time to go back to MFCU.

So very efficient and knowledgeable for the seniors out there! They explain and are a no fuss or extra hidden charges! They will even caution you on scams currently being tried. I’ll never return to any of the banks again. It’s small town friendly and respectful.
