Best Financial Credit Union, Muskegon, MI

I’ve been a member here since they opened up! I’ve always trusted them with any of my needs! Great service, excellent staff, and great atmosphere! Emily is awesome for the auto loans!! If your looking to join a credit union this is the right one! Be sure to check out the kids zoo bucks program too!

I recently decided to leave Best Financial with my personal and business accounts. The care, concern and love Jessi the teller showed me has me reconsidering! I will be meeting with the manager soon and see if we can iron some things out. If Best Financial had 7 Jessis life would be grand!!!!!

Do yourself a favor, get insurance, and do your banking elsewhere because this place is a trap. They “offer” insurance that has nothing but insanely high rates, along with rude agents who lie to get your business for a quick buck. The credit union has tons of hidden fees and their atm is ALWAYS broken, they can’t keep employees (not shocking), and the few they have are not helpful. Go where you’re actually taken care of. Best financial isn’t it.

Chad Huisman went above and beyond on his custom service with me. Just AMAZING. I've been extremely happy with Best financial credit union Muskegon since I've became a member over 10 yrs ago. Each and every staff been ABSOLUTELY GREAT. Very proud to be a member. THANK YOU ALL!!!

I would like to update my review, I am very pleased and very grateful that Ashley N. Took the time out of her day to sit in private one on one, she listened politely and I explained my story, our conversation was really nice, if I could give Best Financial a 10 Star, I sure would! When I walked out, I said a prayer, God knows all the hard work I have accomplished..the closing on the loan was very fast, everything was explained to me in detail, all of my loans o get , I will be applying at Best Financial only!! .y visits are very welcoming everytime I go there, I really want to say thank you for giving me a chance, and I will prove myself..

Jenny is AMAZING! And meant for her position. She makes you feel like an equal even through a bump in the road. Unlike previous employees who have not cared to help at all. She truly cares and is an asset to Best Financial!

Ashley N is the best loan officer by far always get us the best rates and lowest payments possible and always right on it with communication all around fast easy and friendly service making it super simple for us as members thank you Ashley for making every loan we have done quick and easy
