Great service here. I was able to get a car loan with no hassle and all thanks to a wonderful loan officer by the name of Tambra

Their fraud protection isn’t good. I had 2 fraudulent charges that I called when they were pending, they said there wasn’t anything they could do at that moment and wanted me to call the company to make sure I didn’t make any purchases. But they said multiple times “you sure you didn’t buy an airline or bus ticket” “just make sure you didn’t buy anything” when I knew it wasn’t me since I didn’t use my card in over a week at this point. Then I called back a few days later once the payment posted and a different lady asked “why didn’t you answer the fraud company when they tried to contact you” but I never got a call or a text..they never switched over my number when I got a card through them. They had a number that we haven’t had for 8 years. Then I filled out a fraud report. I got money back from one of the charges. So I called about the other one and they couldn’t even find my paper. It had gotten put in the wrong place. Then they said that the money back in my account from the one charge is from the place that I had charges from…so apparently the company a week later put money back in my account…a place I couldn’t even get through to… so that was weird but then they said their fraud place said it was out of their hands. And they gave me no good reason as to why other then that “they just can’t do it, it’s out of their hands” so I’m switching banks. Also if you need a high amount of money anyway they can’t give it to you without Atleast a 24 hour notice, only in a cashiers check. They also lower the interest rate they give you back on your money that sits in your account but they don’t tell you.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Easy place to work with for an auto loan and they don't make their customers jump through hoops to borrow money for a new car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
