Friendly, home town service from competent staff is what is offered at this Credit Union. They will know you on site by name. They have been so helpful to my family and myself. When you call with a question they don’t put you on hold and then transfer you to another country to talk to someone – you talk to a real, local person who provides immediate assistance. You might be able to get a bit more interest at an on-line bank but you will never get the helpful service offered at Muskegon Federal Credit Union. If don't already do business with this CU consider opening an account.

Fast transactions great staff for the most part. Been a member since my children were small and have seen a great change take place plus great services. Not all staff is courteous.

Went to this branch for change. They refused to change $80 for smaller bills, even though we belong to two other credit unions! The teller was very rude about it too; she simply walked away, while we were explaining that we were members of an affiliated CU! Will NEVER be opening an account here, for sure!

The staff here is awesome. They are helpful and take the time to explain, answer your questions. You know that it's more than just a job to them. They really care and want to help you in any way they can!

They're extremely nice and friendly people. I felt welcomed. They seem to offer a lot of different kinds of services. A lot of perks too, if you become a member.

Best credit Union on the planet! If you're looking for one don't look other places you can't go wrong with them them. I've been on a member since I was a child and never looked back!
