Not that great of company to deal with account went into negative by 0.79 cent due to a transaction that wasn’t my fault and they charged me $35 instantly before giving me a chance to pay the 0.79 cent and refuse to take it off then threaten to put it on my credit I will not be dealing with them any more.

Started my very first bank account here back when it was ECCU, and have always had the most pleasant banking experience. Had the pleasure of meeting Tra'Vonte last week, he was super personable and made me feel totally at home while taking care of my banking needs. I love my credit union, here's to many more years!

I had a great experience at Arbor! I have been banking with them for several years now and do all my loans and accounts through them. They always give the lowest interest rates, and momentum checking is awesome. I was happy they opened one so close to my house! I went in today to this location to change my name, get new cards, and apply for a loan, and was helped by Emily. She was very friendly and professional, and took care of everything right away. Within a few hours, I was approved for the loan and signed all the documents online! All of the employees there were friendly and the place was clean and tidy.

I had No idea that you could earn interest on a checking Account until TraVonte told me how to!! He was such a delight with a great energy about him. I will no longer go thru the drive thru. Thanks TraVonte for making me $$!! Nothing but positive vibes from this guy! Love it and Love my Bank!!

I’ve come into the Westnedge branch a few times and by far they have been the most kind and most helpful. A girl helped me and she was very efficient and got me out quickly. Five Stars!

I went in to talk to someone about a mortgage and I was told to sit and wait for their mortgage banker, John. I sat and I waited for about 15-20 minutes then I saw a man walk out of his office, talk to the desk employees and put on his coat and leave out the door. The desk employee then came over to me and gave me a card and told me to make an appointment because she wasn't sure when John would be available and she gave me his card. The card had a picture of the man who walked out the door without even acknowledging my existence even thought he knew I was waiting for him in the lobby and had been for almost a half an hour. So incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will not be using arbor for my mortgage.
