Scott and his team at Consumers on Centre Ave are AMAZING! They have been a tremendous help to my small business! He has helped me get a business credit card and most recently, helped me get approved for a loan to purchase a business vehicle! The team worked QUICKLY and efficiently to get the loan approved and finalized in a few short days! They far exceeded my expectation and went above and beyond for me! I could not recommend them enough for personal or business banking! Thank you!!

Unfortunately after many years with this CU I am moving on. My son who is 14 had a checking and savings account. CCU took it upon themselves to provide “overdraft protection”. So my son tried to be a good saver and move most of his money into savings thinking if there was not enough in his checking then the charge would decline. Not the case. CCU was happy to allow 6 charges to happen because they simply took the funds from his savings to cover his checking overage. Not a big deal right? Well it is if they are charging $10 per occurrence. Phone call to CS and was told they could only remove 2 fees so my son is out $40. Asked to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred to Matt who was not in office and I left a voicemail. Guess what…..no call back. Heading to Kalsee now.

Andy and Scott were an ENORMOUS help! They became invested in my daughter's need for a car and went above and beyond to help me, not only attain the loan I needed, but to get me the very best rates available, as well as already having something in the works for my daughter and I to come back and re-work the loan when we're able to make it even better! Andy was readily available when I walked in, after I'd visited two other places that had no one available to help me at all. He led me through the process, explained all of my options and highlighted the better ones, and rode the roller coaster with me to the successful finish line. Thanks guys! I'm glad I'm a member with you all!

Customer service has really declined. Easy to put your money into the bank. Good luck getting it out!

We have been customers of this bank for over 30 years and will be closing our accounts. Our son was denied twice for a car loan even though he went through the credit builder process, has a good job and great credit. Recently, we had a check from our insurance company written out to multiple family members. Even though we all have accounts and were present with our ID's, they would not allow us to deposit the check. We called to speak to a branch manager with our concerns, and he never bothered to return the call. We also had a less than positive experience when consulting about how to cash out savings bonds purchased by our son's grandparents. All in all, service has declined, and we've received much better service through other credit unions we have done business with recently.

Great experience, all my needs were meet and exceeded. The branch in Portage on Centre Street is the best. When you visit you must get your banking needs handled by Maria Wierzba.

I worked with Mr. Scott and he did a wonderful job in helping me with the best cd's for me. Mr. Scott is a valuable employee.

I have always had the best customer service at Consumers! Scott helped me out today, then I have worked with Nathan and Holly who is simply the best!!! Huge shout out to ALL that work at Consumers CU! You all are simply the BEST!!!!
