Honor Credit Union - Portage, Portage, MI

Wife bought couple ATV for the family as a surprise. So I wasn't on the loans to co-sign. My wife travels a lot and I am the one who handles the bills. So she called to have me added as someone who can enquire on the accounts. Not change anything, but able to pay the bills and ask or answer any questions that may come up. Sounds easy enough. 1st we are told they have everything but need my signature and will send e-document for me to e-sign. No problem. Didn't get document!! They call and say they misspoke and she needs to e-sign. Again no big deal. Was told all is ready now. Then we get a call saying they have to run my credit score. I won't be on the loans as a co-signer, but still need to run score. Make absolutely no sense. Very frustrating that someone who has access to your accounts has no idea how to help you. So we try the online banking. Go to sign up with account and social, it says not allowed by credit union..SMH worst experience ever had with a financial institution. definitely will not use them in the future

Have been trying to get information for a home equity loan. No one has called me back. They just keep sending me information on filling out an application. Finally, talked to a teller who was helpful. Seems like getting questions on loans answered should not be this difficult.

I have be absolutely blown away by the service and options provided by Honor Credit Union. I deal with multiple financial institutions but honor has proven to be the best of them all and I couldn't be happier that I chose them to refinance with.
