The ladies at the Aitkin office are extremely rude, they are extremely unhelpful. Trying to deal with a death in the family, being the beneficiary, and trying to figure out how to navigate her accounts. Valerie and Cindy are extremely rude. We will not be keeping any accounts with this credit union and we do not recommend this facility.
