Accentra Credit Union, Albert Lea, MN

I unfortunately had seen staff treating one of their credit union members terribly today. Needless to say, I will not be banking here anytime whatsoever. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior before.

Hated banking here. In a span of 6 months I had to get 7 new cards issued. Most of the time they would flag my diesel purchase at Kwik Trip every week as fraud. Apparently it's not normal for me to buy $80 in fuel every week like I have for the past 8 years. Every time it got more and more difficult to get a new card, they acted like it was my problem, even though they could not get it figured out. Then we had issues with them charging us fee's on our account for inactivity when they were the ones who would cancel the card we had so we couldn't use it. Glad we quit banking here and went to a decent bank. Should be noted too that I very much preferred using credit unions up till we moved here and started using Accentra.

I opened a business account and personal account with Tammy today. Very friendly and professional and personable. I trust my employees working with this Credit Union because of how she made me feel.

Give Tammy a raise please
