So incredibly disappointed with this branch. Be careful to work with Cody. He gave serious mis-information about investing in a CD and related penalties. It cost my husbands family $6,000. This bank does not care about long-term relationships with its customers.

Great small bank.

Most uncompromising bank EVER! If you ever have a problem with your debit card, don't even bother asking for help. They have no sense of what true customer service is. Someone else committed fraud using my account and this bank closed my account without notifying me rather than investigating the issue and letting me know about it. It would be a real neat trick if I was in Maine 15 minutes before I was in the Albert Lea branch! I don't recommend this place to anyone. They also put a hold on your card if the amount going out is more than THEY think it should be.
