The staff is very attentive to my needs as a customer, every time I call the staff is friendly. The loan specialist are quick to resolve any questions and process loans! Been banking with them for years! Love my trades and labor and recommend them for your future banking needs !

I don't even live in Albert Lea. I haven't for 9 years but I still bank with them. Sure things are a little old school here but if anything comes up like a questionable charge to your account you can expect a personal call from one of the associates. It's typically Aleatha who has been there since I got the account 17 years ago along with most of the staff there. I have other accounts but there is a reason I still keep this as one of my main banks.
