This is a horrible bank ! I wanted 20,000 dollars of my own money electronically sent to me and they couldn't or would not do that! So they suggested that they put a check in the mail I never received the check so I asked them if they could simply cancel the check and I could come in and get a new one? They said no and that I had to wait 90 days! I called and made a police report on them

Don is great to work with got us out of a high interest account into something much more affordable with ease! Very friendly people!

Friendly enough but don't expect them to go the extra mile to help you. tried to apply for a card and was denied, no big deal there that's just business but their unwillingness to work with a new customer to solutions is the reason for the review. With service like that might as well go to one of the big national banks
