I’m always locked out of my account for no reason, I always have to change my password or I have to call them to change my password, I’ve been trying to use you guys for 4 years, and my account has been disabled for 3 months even though I’ve called over 4 times to get not disabled anymore

Very poor accounting software. Their banking system often has errors and does not report accurate account transactions especially on the weekends. Multiple times we have complained or had to have our account fixed due to banking errors. We asked for recommendations on a new bank on our social media and Deerwood has decided to no longer do business with us and sent a letter to notify us before we switched. The leadership at this bank is petty and unkind. They do not support small business and I highly recommend finding an alternative to using this bank. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommend.
