1. The business mobil app does not work as good as they promote it. The system kicks the user out too many time. The Credit Union said they are working on the problem and it may take several months to fix. 2. I accidentally deposited the same 2 company checks I received from a customer at 3 months apart. They both went thru the system and I got paid twice for one job. Management at the Credit Union is confuse on what happened.

Always a pleasure working with Gina at this location, always timely on responses and suggests new ways to do things or new account types to help save, also easy to deal with on the loan side 11 out of 10!

I was a member for 8 years, paid off all my loans early, and I was never late for a payment. When in desperate need for a loan due to financial hardships that were unavoidable I was denied for a loan only 33% more then my usual loan amount. I switched to affinity got a loan at half the interest and I gain points for every dollar I spend that can be redeemed for Cashback on my checking account.

They are very understanding and helpful when someone is being scammed.

Ashley W. Is a very knowledgeable courteous and friendly person. She made my experience so streamline and easy that I couldn't be happier with our interaction. She made something that I thought would be a long tiresome experience such a breeze! I am especially thankful for her assistance and knowledge of helping me set up accounts and even going as far as getting my website set up for my new accounts. I recently worked through a more complex auto loan with Aaron out of the Brainerd office and he was fantastic to work with. Even going the extra mile on an out of state dealer to call and set everything straight on my behalf! I would recommend MMFCU to anyone looking for banking services!
