Needed quick cash to help with a few moving expenses. From their website, I submitted my form stating what I was looking to do as well as pictures of the items I wished to borrow against. I received what was essentially an immediate response from Ivan. Which was great! He then promptly responded a second time around noon. I of course answered, but ever since his second reply, I failed to hear back for the remainder of the day. Fast forward to the following morning just a few minutes after they opened, I reached out once more to ensure my email back to him was met. I also mentioned in this email that if it was felt they wouldn’t be able to help me in this instance, to just let me know so I can explore alternative options. More or less saying that it’s okay if you do not wish to do business with me, just please be courteous and disclose this to me so I can invest my energy and time elsewhere. Business hours came & went. No reply. What better way to tell your customers they’re not worth your time. This is the first review I have ever written. With the reason being, customers drive business revenue. Revenue drives every business decision. If you want your business to grow, you must obtain more revenue. To obtain more revenue, you need to obtain a larger volume of customers. So ghosting your customers generally isn’t an efficient business plan. Not to mention disrespectful especially when you’re in the business of money. When someone is in search of a loan, time is generally of the essence. If it wasn't, an individual would likely just save up for the funds instead of potentially risking debt. And when you waste someone’s time while they are seeking financial help for a particular time sensitive matter, it can cause quite a large ripple effect in a negative way.

I just had the pleasure of working with Ivan. He was knowledgeable & patient, but more than anything he took great care of my item. I will definitely do business with Ivan again.

Ivan is the man . Always fair and honest and willing to work with you. Always answers at all hours of the day. Now they have cash on hand alot too it's nice don't have to deal with cashing a check. That's a huge upgrade. Rixman is very blessed to have such a loyal soldier working for him wish I had more guys working for me like that. Ivan has helped me alot over the last few years for sure he's been a major blessing to my business and my family thanks Ivan !
