They have online purchase limit that no one will tell you when you open the account and when you made purchase online they will just decline it. No call , no text , no nothing and yes the 800 number they have is useless! it works only M-F. So dump. They declined my travel reservation on Saturday and no one that you can talk to fix the issue till Monday . So stupid. Good thing the airlines sent me an email and i was able to use a different card.so dissapointed .stay away from this bank.big name banks are the way to go. They have 24x7 customers service. Will be closing the account soon.
