Just drove up from St Paul to deal with our mothers estate account. Had the joy of working g with Kate M as Krista ..who is also amazing..was with family for the holiday. I can not thank Northwoods Credit Union enough for taking care of my Mammas account ts for 30 plus years and making my brother and I feel sage and confident with these challenging estate processes. Happy happy member am I.

I had my first experience with this place today and it was great. The happy young lady that was helping me was wonderful, pleasant, and helpful. She made me happy by just communicating with her via the phone! Kudos to this CU for displaying excellent customer service! :)

I only am putting one star because there's no option to put no stars Northwoods has proven to be one of the most difficult Banks I've ever had the lag time between my deposit and being able to get money on is exponentially longer than anywhere else I've been at this Bank 5 Years yet they act like I've just been there a month they've twice deposited my text tax returns into my daughter's account and didn't even compensate me for the money I was out most recently I was overdrawn and they threatened to close my account after a few days this is after 5 years of banking with the same bank if I had my druthers I'd be somewhere else for my banking

Awesome Customer Service and a feeling that a banker cares. I have been working with Northwoods for a few months, ever since they merged with Floodwood Credit Union. They do not have that big bank feel. They have a genuine conversation and care about the needs of their members. They work with you and figure out what is going to work for the member. I have transferred two car loans over to them and they have been fabulous.

I have an EXCELLENT loan officer that knows me on a first name basis, the kasasa checking ROCKS. ATM fees refunded every month, doesn't cost anything. I've banked with them for over ten years now and I have yet to have a major issue with them. They have a convenient app I use to mobily deposit checks, works mint!! They are EXCELLENT!! I have nothing bad to say about them. Never had bad customer service, They've been absolutely pleasant to me. Would choose them over Members or anyone else anyday.
