I visit the Columbia Heights location very often, and Marquita has been nothing but polite, professional and helpful. I’ve seen her service two customers at one time and almost always is working by herself. I’m always in and out and my needs are always met! By far the best service I’ve seen at check cashing place!

I love visiting this location. It is literally a one stop shop and the customer service I receive from Marquita never seizes to amaze me. She is very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. To top it off, the location is always clean, trusting and welcoming.

I really enjoyed this experience by getting one of the best Representatives that helps me with a smile being patient with me and able to work with me and her name is Marquita. Definitely a person that can rely on and a true blessing to be able to that is dedicated motivated and kind to her customers would recommend this place.
