Working with this branch has been an absolute joy! I have been going to this branch (instead of the Blaine branch) because they are much more personable, polite, and make sure their clients are taken care of. Nicole greets me with a wonderful smile every time I come! Working with both her and Melissa made my day absolutely enjoyable considering the context of my visit! Because of them I always recommend Financial One to everyone I know!

The merger with Magnifi Financial has been horrendous. From receiving my new bank info, routing number last minute and not being able to get my direct deposit to now being unable to deposit my check via the Magnifi Mobile App due to an error is beyond infuriating. I have no way to get my money until next Tuesday. I will be opening an account elsewhere, this is NOT WORTH the frustration.

Financial One is a great Credit Union and community resource. I've held my business, personal & non-profit accounts there for 25+ years and can't recommend them highly enough. Plus their support of local causes is 2nd to none.

I would like to express how much I appreciate Nicole and the rest of the staff. When my boyfriend, Harry passed, it was nice to go in and be remembered by name. It may seem like a small thing but when you are really going through things it means something. Thank you Nicole for your kindness and genuine compassion. 10 stars to the entire staff.

Bank manager Ron is very professional until he needs to actually assess figures that matter, like six different single monthly transactions to my account that were not mine.

So it's kind of a hidden scam. If your debit card expires they start charging you $5/month on your checking account because it requires you to have an "active debit card". They don't send you a new card unless you request one so if you're not careful you fall into this trap over and over. I don't know why they feel the need to scam customers like this. Every other bank on planet Earth sends you a replacement card before your old one expires.

Financial one was so much better. I’m moving my account to ideal credit union. My credit score dropped 30 points because I was over my credit limit by $19.00. But thankfully this happened before I made the mistake of getting another loan from them. Not one late or missed payment in 10 yrs and $100k in loans borrowed and this is how they treat their customers
