I called with a question regarding a lien on a vehicle we had purchased from an auction. I didn't catch the lady who answered initially, but she got me in contact immediately with Jim. Both were kind, professional and quickly handled my issues. Thank you for the quick help and for solving my issues. I'd say it was handled with-in an hour tops and over email after my initial call so it was of no time spent on my part. Thanks Jim!
