Consistently exceptional customer service. Their Fraud Detection card services are outstanding! I was notified immediately when my card was hacked with a $530.26 attempted charge. They flagged it and contacted me immediately to verify. I was able to have my debit card cancelled without any fraudulent charges to me. Best part? I was able to go right in and obtain a brand new debit card in a matter of minutes!! Such peace of mind. The team is wonderful. I will never change credit unions.

I'm really tired of driving all the way to the bank to find out you're closed when the website says you're open. I'm really starting to think about switching banks. FIX YOUR HOURS.
