I first talked to Tim when we were looking into the possibility of getting a construction loan for a partially finished house for sale. It turned out US Bank did not do these type of loans but Tim was still very knowledgeable about this type of loan and was able to point us in the direction of another local lender that would finance this unique situation. I was impressed by the depth of knowledge that he had over a broad range of loan scenarios, and I liked that he was willing to give us the name of another local lender even though it would not benefit him directly. Sadly we didn't end up getting this house but when it was time to choose a mortgage lender for the next house that we put an offer on we decided to go with Tim from US Bank. Closing on our new house went super smoothly and efficiently. I found the US Bank mortgage portal system easy to navigate, and Tim and his team made the steps in the closing process clear and easy to follow.
