Really good organization to handle your banking needs... I really have had an incredibly satisfactory relationship with this company... A long history with them. I have tried several other different banks and this one is my favorite by far. Quality staff... Friendly. Helpful.

Always friendly and ready to answer any questions you have. They are straight up with everything. No hidden fees and whatnot. Highly recommend.

For some unknown reason my card was frozen for Memorial Weekend. No notice, no call to warn me. Just automatically disabled. I'm sure security reasons because I just got a new card and subscriptions tried to renew. Show paid, but then declined and frozen account. Again phone app shows no alarms and all purchases from Friday as pending.
Currently stranded 266 miles from home. No access to any funds. Cancelation of work trip. Trying to convince someone to help me with a tank of gas so I can get home. Tried, # on card but because the card is not lost or damaged I can not qualify for emergency cash, hotel, rental car, ect. My bank which is closed until Tuesday must authorize the emergency assistance if I destroy the card.
Yes, I tried bank by phone. No one available, just a redirect to the automated message.
Literally no means of gaining access to any funds until at earliest Tuesday morning. Over 60 hours from now.
Never thought I would get stranded because of my bank. Then, to have to pan handle and beg to try get enough for gas to get home.
So humiliating and degrading.
Guess I can't trust this bank with my money.
