Gate City Bank, Fergus Falls, MN

They have the nicest people working at this bank. I wish I could say the same for uchoose rewards. Totally impossible to sign in to account.

I just want to say that the Fergus Falls location for Gate City Bank has the most amazing customer service. The staff are so incredibly helpful with any situation. I live in the Minneapolis area, and even from afar they are so helpful via phone with any given situation. Melissa is one staff member in particular that I've had the privilege of being served by. She is so incredibly helpful, kind and understanding in any given situation and helps put you at ease. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Very helpful and make an effort to make everything go as smoothly as possible. **UPDATE** Had to change the rating, as their app has stopped working for me since late March, and STILL hasn't been fixed to this date. No updates to the app or anything else to fix it, just keep getting the run around!

Love it. They are always great friendly staff. They serve fresh made cookies throughout the day also.

This is a great bank with excellent customer service, friendly staff, and makes banking easy I was with American federal bank and and switched to Gate City recently it is so much better.
