Kim & Jason Stone are professional, trustworthy, honest and very good at what they do. I bought a house this year April, and worked with Kim Stone, she was so professional and easy to work with. I am a first time home buyer and she answered all my questions, in terms I understand, she walked me and my boyfriend through all the documents and the process of buying a home, and understanding all that comes with our loan. Kim & Jason also found the best outcome for us when it came to the type of loan we needed and would be able to live with. Kim and her team are all so helpful, we had the chance to work with most/all of her team at every step of the home buying process. Could not have had a better experience. If you’re interesting in looking for a loan call and talk with her or Jason they will help you 100%. They treat you like a person and not just another client they take the extra step in getting exactly what you need.

I am not even a client of Jason's, but I needed a Fairway representative to endorse a homeowners insurance check so I could deposit it. In spite of the fact Jason had never been asked to do this on behalf of Fairway before, he was incredibly helpful. He got my number and did the research he needed to do, called me back, and made himself available at the office for me that same day. He even called to make sure I found it okay. After struggling with getting endorsements for the check for over a month, Jason made sure it would happen that same day.

Pulled credit and then ghosted me. Super unprofessional. Do not work with him. Got a call from someone else at fairway who asked if it was this guy that ghosted me and when I said yes, he didn’t seem surprised so I’m sure he does it to other people too.

Jason was great to work with! We had no connections in the industry, and cold called him one day asking about first steps towards buying a home. He walked us through our budget, and gave us a great recommendation for a realtor. We went from dreams of homeownership to buying a house in less than 3 months!
