Kayla lam is amazing ! Shes an awesome loan officer! She was always on top of everything. Great communication, if I had a random question at anytime of day she would always get back to me as soon as possible! She reassured me that everything will be okay which helped me became more stress free! We had a very smooth process with no hiccups and got the clear to close 2 weeks before our closing date ! We are loving our home!!! Go/ask for kayla she wont disappoint you ! Thank you for your hard work!

Not impressed at all was dealing with chad on a home loan other company I was approved through was high interest and chad had told me he could get me approved at a lower interest rate he also said it was locked in at 6.5%. Well long story short he told me I could let go of my other finanincing and that it was all approved also told me I could make the closing date sooner as well. Well as we reached closer to the closing date he then calls me telling me I’m not approved now and has not got back to me so now I’m sitting stuck with no financing and I am still suppose to close on the property!
