I worked with Gary from my first call until the loan was closed. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He made me aware of all the “fine print” and didn’t make me feel inferior for needing to take out a personal loan. I was confident that if I had any questions he would help out in any way he could.

One main made it easy to obtain the cash needed for debt consolidation and home repairs. The rate and term was better than what I currently had and what was offered by several other lenders. Be sure to stop by one main in your need for cash needed for any reason and be sure to ask for Gary.

After a second application was submitted online, and after some time had passed, I had to initiate contact with a local branch to check the status of the application. Once I was able to connect with someone on the phone, the One Main Financial loan officer was unaware that my application had even been submitted (Makes me wonder how my security may be compromised in the future). After a brief phone conversation, every document that had been originally requested and submitted was requested again, and again, and again. Literally 5 different times to include an application that was submitted and denied strictly because, "They hadn't heard back from me?" What? I was approved for the amount that I sought, but after experiencing the incompetence of the local branch and the untrustworthy online process, I declined the loan and rejected any further relationship with this lender.

The Maplewood office goes above and beyond what you expect in helping you out when you need it. It is an enjoyable experience with each loan I have taken out. Very professional people, especially Princess.

I really like this place, I used them to take out a loan for my wedding and a little more later on to consolidate some of my debt. They have good service, friendly people, and great rates. I would recommend this company to others.
