Sad when a big company cannot help a mom & pop 35 year old business with late fees while they did everything to keep their family business afloat while the world went Covid mad. Didn't default on the loan just didn't have normal cash flow for 12 months. Wonder what kinda Govt Covid assistance they received. Paying the loan off this month will be glad to not have this loan any longer. Wells Fargo, Bank of the West, FP, Kubota now these companies are in it to see you through the thick & the thin. NC could learn something from them.

They worked perfectly with me to explain the best way to get what I want and the best finance program for me to meet my needs. And got everything done quickly so I can get on the road. Northland capital is just a great family of peoples. Again thank you.

PREPAYMENT PENALTY. I financed a new trailer through this bank paid it off within 6 months and found out this bank has a prepayment penalty. Had to pay an extra 10% on top of balance to pay off loan early. In this case $4500.00. I have had loans through many other banks and paid them all off early with no penalty. I would think twice before doing business with this bank.
