Stearns Bank, Saint Cloud, MN

Very disappointed in Stearns Bank. As a new client using the bank to finance a franchise I had bad service at the very last minute before purchasing my franchise. We received a call from the bank to tell my business partner and I the program that we were using was no longer available and they wanted more money down and personal collateral. With our grand opening weeks away we don't have an extra $30k-$40K in cash laying around so they've basically left us high and dry. I would not recommend anyone to do business with Stearns Bank.

Stearns does a great job investing in their clients and process to make your business loan fast and convenient.

I had a very good experience with John he knew what he was doing with our situation with the special things that had to be done . Was there when I had questions. Stearns Bank in Wait park . I suggest John to anyone looking for a car loan . The receptionist are great when you call or walk in .
