I spoke with a Team Leader Named Ellen and a customer service representative Named Jay. Jay belittled me, and was disrespectful for the majority of our 32 minute phone call. Ellen was incredibly incapable!! I’m not sure what the title “Team Lead” actually involves at this location but she was outright Useless.

Asked what I needed to do to collect the funds from my fathers account. Who passed away a couple weeks ago. Was told to get his death certificate and it would be done. Got death certificate. Turned in and then was informed that he had a beneficiary. Which woulda been fine had I been told up front. I see only dishonesty I feel used and I am grieving for my father trying to take care of everything by myself and the lady I spoke to (-k-)was extremely rude to me after initially lieing to me in the first place.. I wouldn’t wish that kind of treatment on my children ever!

Love this bank. Small Town bank with online check cashing. Staff addresses you with your first name when you walk in. Helpful and professional in every way.
