The staff is awesom especially Karen she goes above and beyond to help people like me who are not electronically inclined. I am disabled and she helped me set up my phone for online banking and also started my account. Her work ethics are top notch the management should give her a pay raise. I will strongly recommend this bank to all I know banks that care about costumers are really hard to find. This bank treats you like family they are the gold standard.

This banking establishment as a whole. Not just this property is horrible. If one has policies, then they all are the same. Wont approve me for a consolidation loan. Been with them for over 10 years. Always been a great customer. Never overdrafted except once because an employee lied to me when they would charge me for the checks I ordered as I explained to her when I would have the money in my account. Had a $2000 loan with them before as my car was collateral. Paid on time...in fact early and more than the minimum due and had the loan paid off early and still nothing. I am looking for a better banking institution so I can cut my ties with this horrible place. Dont listen to their motto "We are with you all the way." FALSE!!! The motto should be: "We are against you all the way." Thank you all the way to USAA for approving me for the loan that MMFCU wouldnt.

Opened a new Kasasa checking account with savings.....Love the 2% earnings , no minimum balance !! Sherri was very knowledgeable and steered me through the process ........Love my MMFCU !!!

I love this Bank but their loan office is horrible if you don't have the best credit in the entire world you're going to have to go somewhere else the people behind the desk the nicest people you have ever met ever I'm happy going to this Bank but I'm not happy going to the loan office

Unloyal, judgemental unhelpful higher ups. Been with this bank for 10 years. But NO MORE. TRUST ME GO TO A BANK THAT CARES ABOUT THE COMMUNITY AND ITS CUSTOMERS. MID MN FEDERAL CREDIT UNION IS NOT A BANK I'VE EVER RECOMMENDED.
