OneMain Financial, Waite Park, MN

This my second time working with Sam at One Main Financial. Sam listen to my goals, offered me 2 best options. I picked which option was the best for me financially. Sam helped me finish the paperwork and on the 3rd day, walked out with a check. Everyone is so friendly at the Waite Park location. They will try and find the best deal for you and they appreciate the business. It’s nice to have a place like this when you are in a pinch and need some funds to help you out. I have done business with One Main off and one for about the past 5 years, I have never missed a payment , in fact in December I was told I could borrow up to 11K, I only borrowed 7500 and I paid a large part of the loan off, I went to borrow 4K and was turned down for a loan, when I contacted the office I talked to Sam and he said it didn't make sense to either him or his manager as why I was turned down. Sam nor any employee from one Main in Waite Park returned any calls, I got the money I needed in 20 mins from the lending tree with a lot better rate, I will never do business again as there are better lenders out there - highly recommend lending tree

My experience was good. I didn’t expect to be approve initially, but then I qualified for a loan. I fill out the form like they asked, and I provided the documents needed. I got follow calls, and when I would call back, someone always the phone. I asked a lot of questions, and they answered all.

Denied, being a veteran with 2 Honorable discharges ain't never counted for anything especially being a Blackman.

I have been working with Amy, this is not a quick process. It is hard to get any answers. The staff have all been very nice.

I filed online and they would call everyday with same questions but I went in to office near me and they were able to help with why and got me approved same day!
